One Month In!

Thank you, to everyone who has come to check out our space and grab a cup of coffee, especially those of you who've stopped by every single morning, and sometimes again in the evening. Taking the time out of your day to support us is priceless in more ways than one. You are amazing!

We love coffee, we love tea, and we love pastries and thanks to your suggestions we've been trying out new treats like strawberry, chocolate, and glazed smothered donuts. Lucky for us, Dobra from Delightful Pastries is insanely talented and when you ask, she delivers some of the best baked goods in Chicago, and all our tummies are happier for it :)

Summer is finally here and that means markets are about to start. If you like being out and about in the sun, supporting local business, then come check us out at:

- South Loop Farmers Market - Thursday's 3pm-8pm (1936 S Michigan Ave)

- McKinley Park Farmers Market - Sundays 10am-2pm (3705 South Archer Ave)

- Back of the Yards Festival - Fri/Sat/Sun June 8-10

What else? Well, beside working to make our space look better and get outdoor seating for summer sunshine, we're over the moon to announce we'll be helping fund the Delicious and Nutritious Adventures (DNA) at the Chavez School. This is program that works with first graders to teach them all about foods that are good for them and the environment. Check out www.purpleasparagus.com to learn more.
