I bought some on a whim just to try some different coffee and i was blown away, it's really good stuff. It's just a great medium roast that's not too expensive. I've been making it French press every morning and even though i only got a couple of bags to try i think I'm going to get some more and make this a staple in my house.

The 5lb bag of Sputnik coffee is a staple in our household. It's consistently delicious and fresh roasted. Super easy to dial in and our friends and family always rave about it. The price point is too good to be true, especially for the quality you're getting. I've paid upwards of 3x the amount Sputnik charges for objectively worse coffee. I've been a fan of Sputnik Coffee since I tried them on a whim a few years ago. From cold brewing at home to a quick grind and brew in the morning, the flavor is consistent. The caffeine is just right and doesn't send me over the edge.

If you’re thinking of getting this coffee, do it!! You won’t regret it. I’ve been getting these 5lb coffee bags for about 2 years now, and I can say the quality is amazing. For this price point, it’s mind blowing. Consistently well roasted beans with a clear attention to detail for each batch. You really can’t beat that, but then they go even further by being really great people to work with. Their customer service person Vova does a fantastic job, and you can tell they care about your experience with their product. 10/10!

I tripped across Sputnik coffee at a local Chicago independent grocery while trying some coffee brands I had not yet sampled. And with an 8 oz bag of beans at less than $8 in wasn't much of a risk. Was I ever surprised! This was the best coffee we have ever had and, now that we have purchased it on three separate occasions and found it consistently good, we are now converts. They have a limited product offering and perhaps that allows them to achieve the consistency. The price is also inexpensive compared to the prices at other custom roasteries. We are now buying directly from the company and the coffee we received was roasted only a few days prior to delivery.

I discovered this coffee in an “out of the way” grocery store in northern Michigan. I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s my favorite cup. It’s a real treat to get a fresh cup right from the shop. When I’m in Chicago, Try to stop by!
